NATALIE - 2016

NATALIE - 2016

nATALIE

We’re so thankful CAB brought us our Natalie! She was adopted in 2016 through a very simple process. We loved that her foster mom brought her over for a meet and greet. She was sleeping in our bed within a few days. We had an instant connection and have enjoyed loving her these past few years. She’s a ball of joy!

jude (fka Juniper)

Our house was so quiet after our beloved pit bull passed away last year. CAB was sympathetic to our loss and was uber professional in helping us find a new addition to our family. Jude’s giant slobbery smile and constant awkward clumsiness are the epitome of pittie awesomeness and we’re so grateful to have him in our lives! (Jude, fka Juniper, was adopted April 2018)

RALPHIE

RALPHIE

ralphie

This is Ralphie. He will be with us a year in April. We kept his name because it just fits him and his personality. This organization was so wonderful to work with and everything was straight forward from the application to the home visit. Ralphie had a rough start but you would never know it! He loves his people and his fur sisters. Thank you Carolina Adopt-A-Bulls for helping us find our missing piece!

BRODY AND BELLE

We adopted Brody in January 2017, he’s brought such joy and laughter into our life that when we were ready for his sister Belle in September 2018 we went back to CAB to find her. They helped us adjust to life when we first got Brody and later the crazy wiggles addition. They had a rough go the first month but now we can’t imagine life without them both, and they’re best friends.

LEDA

LEDA

leda

Adopting Leda changed my life! Though she may be little and probably was the smallest out of her litter, she’s definitely the feistiest! She is such a protector and due to my own medical issues, she’s become a comfort for me on my worst days. The adoption process was really easy and everyone involved was helpful. There was a moment we were unsure if we could keep her, but with some encouragement from the CAB team, she settled well with our kids and we couldn’t imagine not having Miss Leda around!

levi (fka max)

I had a beautiful Pit for 14 years and it took me 5 more after she passed to be ready to find another. As a single mom with two kids and two cats, I needed a special dog who could blend in with every member of our family. I met Levi (fka Max) at an adoption event my kids and I stopped in at just to take a look after following CAB on FB for some time. Afterward I couldn’t get him out of my mind and kept coming back to his photos. I arranged a meeting with his foster Mom (without kids) and all total, met him three times before making a final decision. CAB was awesome to work with understanding my needs and concerns to ensure the right fit. And his foster Mom Patsy was amazing....giving me tons of info without ever pushing. Levi has been a perfect fit for us and is such a love bug. He’s my permanent shadow and we can’t imagine our family without him.

OAKLEY

OAKLEY

oakley

Oakley is my rainbow dog. I got him from Carolina Adopt-a-bulls after my first pittie, Finn, passed away from cancer. They made the transition so easy for me. You know that they really care about the dogs well-being, and who they place them with. I’m so thankful for them and for Oakley. He has helped my heart, that was so very broken when Finn died, to heal. The people at CAB go above and beyond to help with advice, any questions you have, they even hooked me up with a great trainer for Oakley. I couldn’t be happier with my boy.

princess

This is Princess (or Piddle), known to CABR and when she doesn’t want to come inside as Princessa. We have had this baby since September of 2017. I remember scrolling through the page and reading all the bios of the dogs. I got to her bio and I said “That’s the one!” My husband was not convinced. He wanted a puppy, so, we put in an application for a puppy and he had already been adopted. I remember standing in the kitchen arguing with him that Princess was the dog for us, it was fate the other application fell through! Once he agreed I immediately scheduled the home visit. It was so refreshing to me that they pull out all the stops to make sure these dogs go to good homes!Princess quickly won over the heart of her Daddy and he kisses her goodbye every morning! Princess got a human brother and immediately, without hesitation took on the roll as big sister. Where ever her baby is, you’ll find her. She does night time feedings, diaper changes, nap time, and of course she is the ultimate crumb catcher. I could talk about Princess all day! She is goofy, clumsy, graceful, boisterous, sassy, protective, but most of all she is so lovable and always down for kisses. Princess could charm anyone into loving her and has even converted some into becoming pit bull lovers and advocates! We are so thankful for Carolina Adopt-A-Bulls bring us our missing piece and will definitely be adopting from them again.
